4. User Submissions & Case Sharing
When you share a payment rejection case or submit details through our submission portals:
- You guarantee that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such descriptions.
- You agree to grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to edit, anonymize, compile, and publish the narrative details of the submission to build our developer knowledge base.
- You agree not to submit personally identifiable information, financial account numbers, credit card data, API keys, or proprietary company secrets in the narrative fields.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Softstar Inc., its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business goodwill.
- Onboarding rejections, sudden account suspensions, frozen funds, or transaction rollbacks implemented by any payment processor.
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the checker rules, risk badges, policy sources, or text.
Your use of the service and reliance on any information found on the site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
